Here we go, week 5! Eva is feeling more comfortable on camera and I think so do I. The artistic pictures this week certainly summarize my #mayquarantine - cooking with anti-candida recipes helped me to discover a whole another universe! What came out of this experient is this marriage of colorful, tasty and well spiced dishes that are healthy and don't make me feel guilty afterwards. Turned out I'm a really good cook or my husband finally learner how to lie to my face! Ha! Let's see. what else? The generous amount of sunshine on top of light rain yielded in colorful and delicious spring radishes grown all by myself for the first time ever - I'm a fan and need to plant a whole row next year. On top of that, who would have thought that Josh and I would be testing our green thumb abilities against a watermelon, its marker value now is around $30 per a medium size fruit or around 400 yen for 4 slices. Wish us luck! Lastly, my mornings have gotten a little sweeter. We just invested in a milk frother and I have been having a lot of fun mixing in collagen powder for my joints, cacao powder to substitute my chocolate addiction and masala chai to add a fun spicy twist.
