This first sequence is truly accessible to Every Body, regardless of age, physical limitations or activity level. Also known as Pawanmuktasana (in sanskrit pawan - energy, wind; mukta - release) is a safe series of exercises that targets and frees the joints. It can be done daily first thing in the morning or when you have time. The hardest part is always to begin a new habit. With practice you will notice the joints moving more freely and if you have arthritis, this anti rheumatic exercises will help you feel better and live your live more freely.
