I'm Polina, a friendly person behind the lens of Slothful Photography & Yoga.

My friends would describe me as a joyful, loyal and adventurous person. The biggest passion of mine is traveling with my Ohana. I'm a military wife and mom of a toddler - both helped me to embrace change. 

Why Slothful? Too simple - I love this animal. I feel like there is a lot to learn from a sloth: savoring life with a steady effort.
